And Clinton has been out of the White House for nearly a quarter of a century.
But Biden was also a valuable ally for Clinton after the president’s impeachment over an affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky.
And after he became vice president, Biden developed a friendly and cordial relationship with Hillary Clinton, maintained by regular breakfasts at the vice president’s official residence in Washington.
